Teleclub Basic Communication
We accompany Teleclub in basic communication around the program focus on sports. New broadcasting rights, presenters or sports highlights? Whenever there is something groundbreaking to communicate, we help Teleclub to place the messages in the media. In addition, we have already planned, organised and accompanied numerous PR stunts, PR events and campaigns.
Teleclub “Zoom Persönlich”
Since 2012, Teleclub presenter and program director Claudia Lässer has been running her own talk show – since August 2017 it has been broadcast on the Swiss free TV channel Teleclub Zoom as “Zoom Persönlich”. Claudia Lässer welcomes former or active sportsmen and women, actors, musicians or entertainers, politicians and business leaders. Who is the person behind the name, the person behind the image? The focus is on the lives of the guests, their private happiness and their professional success. We support Teleclub in the search for exciting guests for the talk show format and place cool PR stories around the programmes before they are broadcast.
NHL trip to Tampa/Florida
Since 2016, Teleclub has the exclusive rights to show all NHL matches in Switzerland. Teleclub shows more than 100 games of the world’s biggest ice hockey league, including the playoffs and the Stanley Cup on its pay-TV channel as well as on its free TV channel “Teleclub Zoom”. To underline the exclusive broadcasting rights in Switzerland with a PR campaign, we were allowed to organize a competition for Teleclub in cooperation with our client Edelweiss, Visit Tampa Bay and the medium 20 Minuten. We raffled off a trip for two to Tampa, Florida to watch the first NHL game of Tampa Bay Lightning on October 6, 2018. The two winners were accompanied by former hockey player and Teleclub moderator Morgan Samuelsson and a content team consisting of us and a 20-minute editor who produced editorial content.
Besides observing the game, the trio explored the highlights of Tampa. We were responsible for the entire planning and supervision of the trip, designed a social media editorial plan and supervised the content production of 20 minutes. As a result we received countless applications and three media articles including video reports on 20 minutes. We were also able to produce content for the Teleclub ice hockey studios, the social media channels and the magazine. Through a meet & greet with a Swiss ice hockey player in Tampa we also achieved additional coverage in the Tamedia media.
Teleclub goal wall
At the start of the Raiffeisen Super League 2017 we organised a public goal wall shooting for Teleclub in Zurich. With this PR campaign we showed the public and the media world that all matches of the Swiss top league can be seen live and exclusively on Teleclub. One day before the start of the season, a goal wall was erected at Zurich Stadelhofen station. Teleclub experts Pascal Zuberbühler and Dani Gygax challenged the commuters and passers-by to a duel – who proved most able to feel the foot?
In a two-hour competition, free tickets for the RSL games and a behind-the-scenes visit to Teleclub were won. We produced photographic material from the event, which was published on Telecub’s social media channels and fed to the media. With the interactive campaign, Teleclub created a lot of sympathy among the target audience and was able to strengthen its positioning as the “Home of Football”.
